Can I still book if my guest of honor has special requirements? (Hard of hearing, sensory sensitivities, mobility requirements, etc.)
Yes! When booking, please inform us via email what we can do to best accommodate your little one. We're always excited to find new ways to celebrate!
Do you offer a birthday coronnation for boys?
Yes! We offer a coronation where your child can be declared an official "Ice Harvester" or "Superhero"
What makes The Fairytale Foundation different from other character entertainment companies?
We’re not your typical entertainment company—we’re a nonprofit! Instead of profiting from performances, donations help support local charities, hospitals, and community programs. And don’t worry—we never compromise on quality! Our trained performers bring the same magic and professionalism as any top entertainment service.
How far in advance should I book?
To make sure your date is available, we recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance—especially for weekends and holidays. But don’t worry, we’ll do our best to fit in last-minute requests too!

Are your performers experienced?
Yes! All our volunteers complete thorough training in character performance, storytelling, singing (when needed), and interactive fun. Our high-quality costumes and wigs help create an authentic experience—and many of our volunteers come from theater, dance, or childcare backgrounds!
Is there a limit to how many characters I can book?
Nope! One of the best parts about booking with us is that there’s no extra charge for additional characters. Invite as many available characters as you’d like—for free—and make the magic even bigger!
Should we tip the performers?
Tipping is never expected or required! But if you feel our team went above and beyond, you’re welcome to arrange a tip with your character attendant or event coordinator via email.
