What makes The Fairytale Foundation different from other character entertainment companies?
Unlike traditional entertainment businesses, we are a nonprofit organization. This means that instead of profiting from performances, we use donations to support local charities, hospitals, and community programs. However, we never compromise on quality! Our character performers are trained to provide an engaging and immersive experience, just like any professional entertainment company.
How far in advance should I book?
To ensure availability, we recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and holiday seasons. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible!

Are your performers experienced?
Yes! All of our volunteers undergo rigorous training in character performance, storytelling, singing (if applicable), and interactive engagement. Our costumes and wigs are also high-quality and well-maintained to ensure an authentic experience. Many of our volunteers have backgrounds in theater, dance, and childcare.
Is there a limit to how many characters I can book?
No! One of the unique perks of booking with us is that we do not charge extra for additional characters. You can invite as many of our available characters as you’d like at no additional cost, ensuring an unforgettable experience for your guests.
Should we tip the performers?
Tipping after your event is never expected and never required! Of course, if you feel that the team at your event did an extraordinary job, tips can be arranged with your event's character attendant or your event coordinator via email.
