To make sure your date is available, we recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance—especially for weekends and holidays. But don’t worry, we’ll do our best to fit in last-minute requests too!

Tipping is never expected or required! But if you feel our team went above and beyond, you’re welcome to arrange a tip with your character attendant or event coordinator via email.

Nope! One of the best parts about booking with us is that there’s no extra charge for additional characters. Invite as many available characters as you’d like—for free—and make the magic even bigger!

Yes! We offer a coronation where your child can be declared an official "Ice Harvester" or "Superhero"

Yes! All our volunteers complete thorough training in character performance, storytelling, singing (when needed), and interactive fun. Our high-quality costumes and wigs help create an authentic experience—and many of our volunteers come from theater, dance, or childcare backgrounds!

Often times, telling the children a couple weeks in advance their going to meet their favorite characters helps them overcome their nervous-ness. If they still seem a bit shy when we arrive, no problem! Our performers are experienced and flexible, ready to make lasting memories with every child!
